• Data Migration Service

  As part of the implementation, SANKARAA offers structured data migration services to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems into NetSuite. Our approach is designed to maintain data integrity, reduce manual effort, and support go-live readiness.

SANKARAA offers comprehensive support services to ensure system continuity, continuous improvement, and alignment with evolving business needs.

We provide Post-Implementation Support for 60 days from Go-Live, covering hypercare, minor fixes, clarifications, and basic adjustments. After this period, customers are expected to sign a Support Services Agreement (SSA) or opt for a Bundled-hours Service Agreement (BSA) to continue receiving ongoing support.

Support agreements can be structured under Standard, Silver, or Gold tiers, based on SLA requirements and expected response times.
