Project Initiation & Execution
The Project Initiation phase marks the official start of the project. Typically, this entails creating a high-level document that serves as the foundation for the NetSuite Implementation Project.
Execution is where the real action takes place. It entails putting what has been meticulously planned so far into action. Project execution typically begins with a Kick-Off Meeting, at which all members involved in the NetSuite ERP Project gather to discuss their specific roles and responsibilities.
Project Monitoring & Control
Project monitoring and control are essential for the successful completion of a project. This phase assesses progress and performance to determine whether or not the project is on track. In essence, it entails keeping a close eye on the project deliverables' day-to-day progress.
Go Live Preparation, Go Live & Closure
This phase involves getting ready to migrate to the NetSuite software formally & completely. Finalize data for cut off and Go Live to avoid any hurdles at the time of Go Live.
Project Closure is the final phase of the project. The client will conduct a final review to ensure that employees are comfortable carrying out all transactions via NetSuite. SANKARAA obtain written confirmation from the client that the project was successfully implemented in accordance with the defined criteria and has come to a formal close.
