SANKARAA Tech, as Oracle NetSuite’s preferred partner, is a top cloud business
application, implementation, and support service provider.

We are expanding our team in Sri Lanka and currently looking for dynamic talents to join our
offshore factory as an Associate Functional Consultant who will be responsible for the tasks
related to Implementation and Support with following Requirements

 

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Requirement-Gathering / Business Process Mapping Sessions.
  • Compile Business Requirement Document (BRD).
  • Preform Implementation (On-Site and/or remotely) with;
    • System Configuration, Integration & Customization, Solution Walkthrough, UAT Support,
      User Manual Update, End User Training, Data Migration and Post Implementation Support.
  • Assiting / Supporting on Pre-Sales demo preparation.
  • Perform Customer Support (On-Site and/or remotely).
  • Maintain positive and healthy professional relationship with Customers and Team members.
Qualifications
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification.
    Knowledge of software development methodologies, techniques & tools with a creative mindset.
  • Minimum of One (01) year experience with ERP Applications on Implementation and/or Support.
  • Experience on any ERP and/or understanding of one or many of following business processes is
    beneficial:

    • Finance & Accounting / SCM / CRM / SFA / WMS / SRP / Manufacturing
  • Knowledge on Integration, Customization, Database, Querying, Reporting & Workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication (both written and oral) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • A team player with strong inter personal skills and multi-tasking ability.
